How It Works

  1. Nominate the non-profit organization of your choice by selecting "Nominate" from the menu above. Please seek the guidance and approval of the organization prior to submitting your nomination to ensure a new Web presence would truly further the mission of the organization.
  2. The selection committee will review all entries. Judging criteria will include:
    • a. How the organization is making a difference in metro Atlanta.
    • b. How the organization would utilize a new online presence to further its cause.
    • c. Percentage of the organization's budget that is invested into its cause vs. operational expenses.
  3. The selection committee will choose up to five semi-finalists from the nominees. Once they have reached consensus, they will personally interview each semi-finalist and select up to three finalists to be submitted to a vote.
  4. The three finalists will be posted to this site where community leaders and supporters will be asked to review the finalists and vote online for the non-profit they believe would benefit most from a new online presence.
  5. The results of the voting will be announced in early 2009.
